Monday 18 Feb

4.15-5.45pm Bracken Edge Primary School, Newton Road, Chapeltown, LS7 3HE

This is the Gee4orce Youth Dance Group 12-18 year olds – but most are GCSE age, approx 15 in the group. Would be great to do some kind of physical activity with them looking at the issues of obesity and how it relates to exercise – perhaps the weight suit idea (can book again if you guys want it?!?) or even the ‘traffic light’ and ‘plate’ exercise to get them to understand the importance of what they eat – or if you guys have something new you want to try then please feel free. Please make the workshop an hour long so the guys can still warm up with their tutor Gee Goodison – I will attend also.

Wednesday 20 Feb

3.15-4.15pm Bankside Primary School, Markham Avenue, Harehills LS8 4LE

This is the After School Art Club session; 4-11 year olds (most are above 6 years old though) approx 10 in the group. Anything visual – T-shirts, photography, blood test, whatever you like! You will have approx an hour with the children. There will also be in attendance Kevin Hickson; lead artist/tutor and Lulu Haworth; Assistant

Wetherby Schools workshop

There will be approxs 24 students from schools across the Wethery area to take part in a morning workshop session with you. We will have 2 rooms in which to run activities in simultaneously – a hall and a classroom- group could be spilt into 2 groups to get more out of the session. Workshop content – whatever you guys think might work again.
