What is Obesity and Impact To be added / edited to by PCT

What you eat and do can affect how much you weigh.

If you weigh too much it can affect your heath now and in the future.

The more you weigh the more it can make you feel unhealthy. In the long term this could lead to your heart not working as well as it could and in the short term you may feel tired and moody.

The food you could eat less of have lots of fat and sugar in them.

The food that you can eat lots of are fruit, vegetables and healthy whole grains.

Doing things like playing football, dancing and running around will make you feel good and give you a healthy appetite.
